Masa Mail

Masa Mail is a monthly snail-mail experience celebrating Mexican food, recipes, and the stories behind them. Each month, we explore a different dish, ingredient, tradition, or piece of food history and send it straight to your mailbox.

Think of it as part recipe collection, part food story, and part little piece of México delivered by mail.

Every month features an original themed collection centered around a Mexican recipe or food tradition. Your envelope may include a recipe card, the story and history behind the dish, collectible paper goods, illustrations, and other small surprises created especially for that month.

Each month's collection is different and designs are not guaranteed to be repeated.

Not at all! Masa Mail is made for anyone who loves Mexican food, culture, recipes, and a good story.

You can cook the recipe, save it for later, add it to your recipe collection, or simply enjoy learning about the traditions behind the food.

Subscribe by the 25th of the month to receive that month's Masa Mail.

Orders are prepared throughout the month and mailed during the last week of the month. Once your envelope is handed over to USPS, delivery times can vary depending on your location.

Because Masa Mail is sent as traditional snail mail, tracking is not included.

If you subscribe after the monthly cutoff, your subscription will begin with the following month's collection.

For example:

Subscribe by August 25 → August Masa Mail ships at the end of August.
Subscribe August 26 or later → Your first collection will be September Masa Mail.
